Cancellation Policy
- Can I cancel my Pro membership anytime?
- If you are on the monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your plan at any time. You will still continue to enjoy all Premium benefits till the next renewal date, after which you will be on Meytrix Basic.
- Will I be refunded if I cancel my Pro membership?
- You can cancel your Pro membership at any time. The Premium benefits will be available till your next renewal date, after which your account will no longer have the Pro membership. In such cases, Meytrix shall not refund any money paid towards any paid plan.
- In the event of account deactivation / suspension / restriction / termination
- Meytrix shall not refund any money paid towards any paid plan in case of deactivation / suspension / restriction / termination of any user account in the above mentioned circumstances. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
