Noviga Analytics Private Limited (“We”, "The Company" or “Meytrix”) reserves the right to remove or edit content of the Website, at any time, without notice to you.   2. These terms and conditions apply to users who are visitors as well as users who are subscribers to any paid plan, who access the Website for any purpose.
  3. You represent and confirm that you are competent to contract as per Indian law.
  4. Account/Subscription – Meytrix provides access to the Services in the following manner:
    1. Free to browse information pertaining to the Services.
    2. Free to use features in relation to the Services after logging in
    3. Subscription to a paid plan for availing Services (paid user)
  5. For the second and third manner of Services, as mentioned above, Institutional users will have to fill up an online registration form after which user can access shall establish an account for the user and send the account details in an email (or in any other acceptable mode of communication) to the user as per the details provided by the user in the registration form. For Retail users, providing mobile number and email id, will establish user’s account with Meytrix. The features of the various paid plans as well as an FAQ are mentioned on the Website.
  6. User’s Obligations – The user undertakes to
    1. be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
    2. be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
    3. take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
    4. ensure that the details you provide us with are true, correct and complete and inform Meytrix immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
    5. not use the service for any illegal purposes or for the violation of any law or statutory regulation.
    6. not to copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, assemble, disassemble, distribute, publish, display, modify or upload to, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Service, except for downloading material from the Service for his /her own personal, non-commercial use.
    7. agree to receive periodic alerts and newsletters.
    8. ensure that you obtain all necessary rights to the content you post or share on the Website.
  7. Restrictions on the use of the Website and the Services

  8. Meytrix reserves the right to deactivate / suspend / restrict / terminate any user account without prior notice and its sole discretion and without giving any reason in the following circumstances:
    1. When it comes to the notice of Meytrix, that information provided by the user at the time of registration is false, incorrect or fake.
    2. Unauthorised use or access by the user.
    3. On grounds of non – payment of fees and objectionable behaviour of any kind.
    4. On violation of any of the terms and conditions of this User agreement.
  9. Meytrix shall not refund any money paid towards any paid plan in case of deactivation / suspension / restriction / termination of any user account in the above mentioned circumstances. The Company shall have the right to retain the information of the user, whose account has been deactivated / suspended / restricted / terminated for a period of 180 days to comply with applicable law.
  10. Intellectual Property Rights – Meytrix expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials, which appear on the Website. Access to this Website does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of our or any third party's intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by the Company. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior written permission of Meytrix. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part any of the contents on this Website for any purpose.

  14. The user can terminate his/her user account with or without notice at any time by discontinuing the use of the Services. In such event, Meytrix shall not refund any money paid towards any paid plan.

Meytrix (including its directors, employees, affiliates or agents) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to technical or electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telecommunication interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes during which Meytrix shall have no responsibility to provide you access to the Website and its Services.
  16. Indemnity – You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Meytrix or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or due to any content posted by you on the Website, or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

In the event the Company receives any order of the court, any governmental authority, or upon actually becoming aware, that any unlawful information is being displayed on the Website, the Company shall remove such information in accordance with the procedure and timelines required to be adhered to under applicable laws.
  18. The terms of this agreement shall be governed by the Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bengaluru, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website.

    20. Definitions
    Capitalised terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions available on the Website
    1. Anonymous Information- Anonymous information means information that does not directly or indirectly identify, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, an individual guest / user.
      2. Disclosures:
      Noviga Analytics Private Limited builds platforms & provide direct to user all analytics arising out of our proprietary algorithms.
      Noviga Analytics Private Limited is not responsible for user’s decision related to use’s trading in equity markets. Read all the related documents before investing. Investors should consider all risk factors and consult their financial advisor before investing
    2. Charts and performance numbers on the platform do not include any backtested data.
    3. "Back-testing" is the application of a quantitative model to historical market data based on certain algorithms to generate hypothetical performance during a prior period. Use of back-tested data has inherent limitations including the following:
